Tod has over 20 years of experience designing and programming websites. Known for his technical expertise, he creates custom functionality for everything from payment gateways to complex registration systems.

With a Masters degree in Philosophy, Tod brings a thoughtful, logical approach to every project—and he’ll tell you he uses that training daily. When he’s not coding, you’ll likely find him baking bread or reading sci-fi—both excellent outlets for his inventive streak.

Tod also gives back to the community. He currently serves on the boards of the Albany Chamber of Commerce and the Solano Avenue Association, as well as serving as a member of Albany’s Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Commission.

Karen has spent more than 20 years helping independent businesses succeed online. She quickly saw how essential strong content is to effective websites—and she’s made it her mission to help clients shine online.

Today, she supports clients with web design, SEO, content strategy, and persuasive copywriting. She’s especially valued for her clear communication, follow-through, and collaborative spirit.

Karen and Tod also run an e-commerce store, Raven Fox Cloaks and Robes, where they put their own marketing strategies to the test. This hands-on experience adds real-world insight to the work they do for clients.

Karen holds degrees in philosophy, fine art, and education. In her free time, she’s an avid photographer and fine artist.
