Tod Abbott, Principal, Senior Programmer, Web Designer and Technical Web Consultant
Tod has been designing and programming websites since 1997. He’s an expert at organizing complex information into databases and creating custom functionality for online stores, registration – almost everything, really. Tod will tell you that he uses his degree in Philosophy every day. He admits to being a fan of science fiction and has been known to do a lot of baking.
Currently, he serves on the Board of the Albany Chamber of Commerce and on Albany’s Parks and Recreation Commission. Tod served as President of the Albany Chamber of Commerce (ACOC) for 4 years (2007-2012).
Karen Nierlich, Principal, Web Design & Internet Marketing Consultant
Karen has been helping independent businesses thrive on the Internet since 2001. Early on she realized the significance of content development to successful online sales. Today she helps clients with web design, web copywriting, search engine optimization, and marketing strategy. She’s received internet marketing training from Hubspot.com, the web’s premier provider of internet marketing software. Her strengths include consistent follow-up, ability to explain web marketing with ease, and a win-win attitude towards client collaborations. She has degrees in philosophy, fine art, and education.
Karen currently volunteers with the Blue Glove Crew to pick up trash locally 3 x’s a week. She is a past Girl Scout leader (2007-16) and Past President of the El Cerrito Rotary Club.
Allison Rolls, Graphic Designer & WordPress Programmer
Allison has a great eye for color, layout and website design with personality. She’s been building websites since 1995 and developing with WordPress since 2009. Allison has several degrees in English and Irish Literature and has worked in Arts Administration and Public Radio.
